Unable to "Enable Universal SSL"

Hi folks, I try to do some experiments with ZTE Tunnels and thus I want to enable Universal SSL again on my zone "<REDACTED>" but I am unable to do so:
SSL has been disabled for this zone (Code: 1006)
Is there something I can do on my side? I set up the CAA records a loooong time ago for letsencrypt, but I disabled(removed) them, but I am still unable to activate Universal SSl

To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email. Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community. Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place. For more information on the methods by which you can contact Support for your plan level, see Contacting Cloudflare Support - Cloudflare Docs

That means it was disabled in a way that only support can re-enable So you'll have to get in touch

Just a quick note, its not my bot since I dont work for Cloudflare (anymore, I used to), you can identify employees with their orange names, the rest are community helpers. Secondly, sorry that happened with their bot. If you reply again does it work? If not I can try escalating to the team another way if you provide the ticket number I see you already provided the ticket number actually so just see if replying to the bot works first

Answering to the bot did not help, ticket got closed again. But asking the bot one more time seems to work 😄 ticket is now open for 10+ minutes. I hope I get an answer in the next few hours/days.
