1) You can update your WoW map as much time as you want, there is no limitations of time for it.
2) Generally it takes 3-5 business days for the completion of the review process, however it can take longer time than usual because of the amount of pending reviews.
3) HOT maps are chosen based on the popularity and/or creativity, the system also choose some random maps automatically....
