Takes ages to go through nether portals
I had this issue with the alpha version of DH 1.20.4 too, I don't know what the problem is, maybe it is because of Indium, maybe it is because of DH, I really don't know.

Try without mods. If it doesn't happen anymore, try with all mods you previously had, but DH and see if it still happens. If it still happens, do binary search to find the mod which is causing this

Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
