Do I have to login in to go to the customer service?
Nope, you can contact them using the Help button at the top right corner of the login screen or by sending an e-mail to service@pubgmobile.com.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit.

Let’s say if I got banned during a game, with my friends be able to see the notification tht I got banned in their games?

They would only see the kill feed notification if they were in the same match as you.

Cause my account name starts with K, so I thought maybe tht got the notification tht I was banned.

These are real time notifications so this notification belongs to another player that was in the same match as your friend.
Oh okay
So I guess the “K” means tht the person was kicked from the match.
Their in-game name starts with K, just a coincidence.
