DH not working
I have the mod installed, plus embeddium and oculus as instructed, but the distant chunks keep dissapearing and wont stay.

If it feels like LoD generation with
Distant Generator is too slow:
Try increasing CPU Load in Distant Horizons settings for faster generation, but you will experience more lag spikes and stuttering due to heavier workload on CPU.
To see if Distant Generator is really working or not:
1) Check CPU usage while in-game, using Aggressive settings of CPU Load. If CPU usage's hovering around 80-100%, the LoDs are generating in the background.
2) Go to DH settings > Advanced Options > Debug > Wireframe, set Enable Debug Wireframe Rendering and Show World Gen Queue to True.
Enabling both settings will show you the visualization of world gen tasks queued and working on the map (blue boxes for queued tasks, red boxes for working tasks)still doesnt work
i followed your instructions but chunks still dont stay
They aren't supposed to stay, it only renders the chunks in your lod chunk distance
I think you're confusing it for nvidium

my lod chunk is 1028
but still cant see far in the distance

About the wireframe thingy
1024 is pretty slow
Even for beefy CPUs

Those are chunks that distant horizons is working on
Just wait for it

1024 might take a few hours or so

i put it to 128
but i dont see any wires?
That prob means every lod chunk has been rendered

You should send your
latest.log file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are located in the .minecraft/logs directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logsfor some reason there is no modlist in there. can you provide it separately?
