I just want to ask a quick question thats all, I am requesting an account claim but there’s one catch i have not done any in game purchases in these past two years and i can’t leave the requirement box blank.

What can i do in this situation? Need help

Your purchase record is not a mandatory field. There is no yellow asterisk next to it.
