GitHub connection
For some reason when I create a push to my main branch on GitHub railway isn't detecting it, it's still able to deploy/redeploy the last commit it had. I tried removing the connection, restarting, readding and so on.

Yep that managed to fix it, sorry for wasting your time @Brody I have two github accounts and I for some reason am reading from a fork on my second account that wasn't synced

is your service connected to the main branch?
Yep
it's still able to deploy/redeploy the last commit it hadwhat method are you using to achieve that?
Just hitting the redeploy button in my console
It’s an express.js app so I can see the commit title it’s hitting
redeploy button in my consoleim not aware of any redeploy button in a console
Will hop on in about an hour and send a screenshot/recording of what I mean
As ever, appreciate your unpaid work @Brody 🫠
thank you!!
here you go @Brody
Hell's kitchen is just a free addition, no cost 😆
are you aware that the button does not deploy the latest commit, it deploys that specific deployment again
Ah yes, that's what I was trying to say - as ever English fails me
It would be lovely to have a "deploy latest commit" button just as a fail safe 😂
there is, cmd / ctrl + k -> deploy latest commit
Hm... I wonder, let me try
unfortunatley still pointing to the wrong commit
let me rule out user error quickly
How much would you be willing to bet it's user error?
Because I'm suddenly willing to bet a lot of money it is 😐
I mean from my experience, it's a good chance it's user error
but I wasn't going to say that just yet lol
