Postgres takes forever to deploy

Tried to deploy a new database using postgres template but it takes forever to deploy, tried once, it was at 13 minutes when i canceled the deploy, then deployed another, now its at 12 minutes and still going 912bd75a-2165-4748-b2e2-4b0268091b5f
