MKV vs MP4 on DaVinci Resolve Timeline

I accidentally used an MKV file on my DaVinci Resolve timeline. 1) Should I worry about it? At least on the Edit page everything looks fine. 2) If I should change it out with the MP4, is there a way for me to replace the clips 1 for 1 as I have made a bunch of cuts in the original clips on the timeline. The top two clips are the media files in the media pool. Please @ in the reply so I get the notification.
