Poor before with beefy pc

I'm running a 3090 and 5900x with 16gb ram using standard fabric MC launcher and experiencing pretty poor performance like 30fps and sometimes even crashes

Id allocate like 6 gigs For the java args (These make you stutter less) I personally have these

ive put it to 8 as i was using 6 still wasnt great
