Account stolen

I just want to ask a quick question here, I’ve been trying to claim my account and this is the second time i’m trying, In one of the requirement box of the Account claim form it asks for my in game purchase records from these past two years. Now my question is that i haven’t purchased anything in-game for the past two years and i can’t even let it be blank they are asking me to fill it. So what can i do in this situation?

Hello, player. Purchase record is not a mandatory field. There is no yellow asterisk next to it.
