As my account been banned so I cannot get friend list ? So I can add my friend on my another account? Cause in real I don't have his contact .

Those moderators in this server are NOT associated with developers of the game. So they cannot do that for you. Also, don't tag moderators if unnecessary as someone will answer your question.
