Ban Appeal.

I am writing to appeal a ban on my PUBG Mobile account, which I believe may have been applied due to actions beyond my control. My account details are as follows: - Username: aligamerMAIN - Player ID: 5897525757 I initially played on this account using an Infinix Hot20i and then switched to a Spark Ten. Recently, I allowed a friend with an iPhone X to use my account. Upon returning to my account, I discovered that it had been banned for ten years. It has come to my attention that my friend might have used hacks or unauthorized modifications while playing on my account. I was unaware of his actions and certainly did not authorize any cheating or violation of the game's terms of service. I understand the importance of maintaining a fair gaming environment and sincerely regret any issues this may have caused. I kindly request a review of my account and a reconsideration of the ban.
