Distant Generation not working on Realms

I've looked through all of the FAQ channels looking for something maybe I have missed it. I installed DH using the Iris installer that is why DH is not in my mods folder I'm playing on a friends realm and ive tweaked a lot of settings and redownloaded Minecraft, DH, Iris, Fabric, all of it and still cannot get the LODs to load with distant generation. Distant generation works on singleplayer, but not realms. The LODs only load once I've explored them. Any help I will try, thank you let me know if any of information is needed.
