Moving fast remove lods behind, regenerate after a while

minecraft: 1.20.1 fabric: 0.15.11 I have no shaders and I'm playing singleplayer, newly created world, clean install of minecraft + mods. I tried both without any additional mods and with a bunch of mods like sodium + indium and others. Same results. If you load the world, everything looks fine, if you go in creative and fly up in the sky fast enough to generate a bunch of chunks in a single direction, then look behind you, the lods behind are not there, as if you never traveled those chunks. If you wait long enough staring at the missing chunks and moving a little / go up/down in the air, they reappear very very slowly. I'm on standard DH config: - 512 chunks - quality medium - cpu load low impact I tried changing the config a little but nothing worked. You can find the latest.log attached with a couple of screens explaining the pogressive regeneratoin of lods behind, for the traveled chunks. Actions done: loaded up the world, flied with creative a bunch of chunks away, look behind, quit.

You're moving too fast, and DH can't keep up. Increase the CPU Load inside DH Settings if you want DH to be able to handle faster speeds

It was working fine prior to the latest update. What's missing are lods behind, chunks I've already loaded and already seen once / traveled over. Chunks are generating fine while I travel at high speeds in front of me, chunks behind sort of "get dropped"/"removed". 300fps, no lags, no stutter, everything running smoothly, chunk generation while flying is always ahead of me, can't close the gap i5 12th + 2600 super 32gb ram 24gb allocated, running discord aside I shall say the whole loaded chunk lods on world load are always visibile. Only new traveled over chunks get dropped and I can only see prior chunks or the ones I'm flying over. (as you can see in the screens) (the first screen is lower on the ground cause going high up somehow forces DH to render more distant lods which have been previously dropped)

Increase CPU load in DHs settings If that doesnt help then like Majo said, you're simply moving too fast

The strange thing is that with the previous version everything was working fine. I mean, already loaded chunks which I just traveled through should be the first to be rendered as LODs or not? Usually what was lagging behind was generation around me when traveling fast, for unexploited chunks, but for already traveled chunks they would stay there I already tried adjust with cpu load and nothing changed Nothin behind me get rendered as LOD before I actually turn 180º to look at it and even then it’s really slow and seems stuck sometimes, need to fly higher to make it visibile
