I can't file a claim for unfair ban
My account got banned for 'teaming up with enemies'. Basically, I saw a guy with no clothes and no weapons and just decided to spare him and they banned me for it lmao. Now when i want to press 'file claim' it shows nothing, see attached image. Any idea how to fix this and get me unbanned? Thanks!

Teaming will not be shown in effective penalty records. You can wait for the punishment period to end to be able to login back to your account. Feel free to contact the customer service if you need further assistance, @D(r)ead.

Hi, thanks for your response. One more question though, where can i find how long the ban lasts? The ban notice doesn't state anything about it?
You can try to login again after 7 days.
