how do I get my balance + extreme, and ultra HDR setting unlocked

DEVICE Tecno camon 20 pro 5g Ram( 8+8 )16gb Chipset : dimensity 8050 Screen refresh rate 120hz Please who do I talk to about getting balance + extreme fps enabled on my device
I get smooth and 90fps “extreme plus " But I still don't have balance extreme or ultra HDR enabled. If y'all can enable my 120fps while you are at it resolving this issue that will be nice thank you
