unfair account ban
Hello,
My account id is 5157325446, my account is unfairly banned by pubg due to refunds i have never applied for any refunds or partook in any illegal transactions i have all the proves of my transactions through apple store and Midas buy, as my account is banned i can't contact pubg support team i will provide each and every proof regarding this please solve my problem asap i have worked so hard to buy ucs in game from my hard earned money.
Please get back to me ASAP i am feeling desperate

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

Is it permanently banned?
For 30 days
I want to fight the ban i have everything all the records of transactions from app store and midas buy
I can also show the cards on transactions under my name
Wait for moderators to reply.
I have sent emails to every support email i can find it's just not fair, also tysm for helping me out.
