10 minute ban
I was in a match when I suddenly got hit with a ban that lasted 10 minutes. Is this normal / common? I’ve never had a record of foul play or violating the user agreements. Why would I get a ban just for it last 10 mins?

This ban is generally associated to frequent ping spikes, which are often used for exploits, and it ruins the experience for other players in the game.
The ban's purpose is to get you out of that match so whatever network issues you were having can resolve....

That happened to me last year for 30 mins and that happens when you kill enemies even when your ping is so bad that the system sees you as a hacker ig. But that wasn't a big deal after 30 mins you will be good to go again
