Please help because my account was stolen, then after that I deleted the game and re-downloaded it again, then I filed a complaint to recover my account from the thief, and I provided all the correct data, including shipping dates and everything required, yet I was not able to recover the account. Why?! I want to contact technical support here. I am ready to answer all questions and provide a screenshot of all shipping receipts in the game

If you have already sent a complaint you should expect to receive a response within a few business days. You can find customer service's responses in the "customer service tab", it is under Service Records.
Feel free to create a ticket on Reddit (click on the blue link).
Note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit as for now.
