You're on modrinth app right? Inside your instance, go to
Options
, enable Override global java installation
, click on Auto Detect
and then select some 21 version10 Replies
Try using java 21
Some mod was probably compiled with java 21, causing errors when using these mods with earlier java versions
deleted old java, downloaded java 21 and restarted, still crashing
/logstored
You should send your
latest.log
file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are located in the .minecraft/logs
directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
You're still using java 17

Also, seems like you're using iris. Shaders aren't support in 1.20.2, shaders are only supported in 1.20.1, 1.20.4 and 1.20.6. And if you're gonna use shaders in one of these versions, make sure the have DH 2.0.4 from https://discord.com/channels/881614130614767666/882038774861819954 (or just wait till tomorow, when a stable version releases), Iris 1.7 and a compatible shader
okay thanks
