Server installation error
Hey! I not new to Minecraft severs, and installed quite a few on windows, but I never seen an error like this. Thanks for any help!

It didn’t create any files as it usually does
So you have ran some before, how did you deal with Eula??

is the computer fully updated?
or can you even do that on non genuine windows

I've seen an issue with the language of the OS causing problems like this, but I don't know the difference.
