Intermitent klipper shutdown - Unable to read tmc uart + Max31865 Overvoltage or undervoltage fault

Hello, I im facing some random shutdown from klipper on my vcore 3 / btt octopus / PT1000 thermistor w/ Max31865. Now I have 1/3 of print failing into unexpected shudown, very annoying !! I have some intermitent error message from "Max31865 Overvoltage or undervoltage fault", not always causing shutdown while printing. once or twince per print. But about every 3 message , it is followed by : Transition to shutdown state: Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_y' register DRV_STATUS or Transition to shutdown state: Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_z' register DRV_STATUS What could be the most likely root cause? - power outage ( i don't think so, because other equipment would have been impaced) - wiring issue with the PT1000 ? - faulty PT1000 ? - ESD issue, from moving hotend ? bed is grounded. - faulty tmc driver 2209 ? (not my best option since most of print goes well + error is not on the same axis/motor)
