I need the bike for the level 35 reward but the mission shows the uaz, :PeepoBlush: so do I have to buy the uaz to complete the mission or even the bike would work?

In this case in order to complete the missions you will have to get the UAZ.
It is up to you whether you want to get the UAZ or Bike in the level rewards. As you already mentioned you will have to spin to get the UAZ (in Shop) or Motorcycle (Dragon Ball Super Crate)....

btw I asked this because if we need the uaz, that Lowkey makes the chance to choose other stuff on level 35 (event price path) reward useless because ofcourse we would need to choose the uaz for extra points.
