Why are my white shirts coming out of the dryer like this?
I use cold water to wash and high heat to dry. I also use dryer sheets and dryer balls.
I don't over load the washer, so I'm not sure why they always come out cross hatched.
I use the shared laundry in my apartment building.

High heat is generally not great for most fabrics, and I'd recommend against using dryer sheets/balls
So medium heat and no dryer sheets?
Could I throw those shirts back in the dryer with a wet rag?
What is the rag for
I either hang dry or low heat
To create some steam to get rid of the wrinkles.
Just get a handheld steamer atp
wash in cold water, hang dry, steam
Hang dry on a hanger specifically. With casual shirts thats usually enough and you don't have to steam them everytime.
Can snake your t-shirt before hang drying. Gets rid of some wrinkles. Lift by arms, shake in direction of the body.
