Problem logging in to your account

Good evening to you, there was a situation with a number that was blocked and lost, because of this, I can't get into an account that is pulled up from Google Play games, please help me reset this number. Lost Account Data : Name - lubinetsky UID - 5550131014 I don't remember the number, as it was used from an old device purely to log in to the account, after which it was blocked for inactive fees.

Solution:

Please submit an account recovery claim from the login interface by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
