My account is linked to the game center, but after logging out and back into the game, I can't access my account anymore. It's been on a level 1 account since December 28, and no one has helped me. I'll report it. I emailed the support center via gmail and got an error. Please someone help me. I'm very desperate

Please check if you are using the correct Game Center account to login.
Otherwise, you may submit an account recovery claim from the login interface by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....
