Hello, after several attempts to link your mail, the message “too many quick actions, try again later” appears. How long will this last?

This happens when you try to request for the verification code multiple times. If there is cool-down, you will need to try again at another time, or try again after 24 hours.

And if I need to link my email urgently, I won’t be able to do it earlier?(
Yeah, if you tried many times and failed, then you can't.
And that happens to protect you account.
I had the same problem connecting my phone number.
But I slipped it into the new session and it was already done.
