we bought an emote with Ag currency just after the update and it’s vanished today!! CAN WE HAVE THAT EMOTE BACK PLEASE?!!

Solution

The Playful Twist emote was released with an issue. The item has been recalled. If you purchased this emote in May, you will be reissued the corresponding AG to your account.
