i get kicked out after joining my server
Every time i try to join my local server forge server i join for a second and then it kicks me out and says saving world.

Minecraft mods really don't like you, do they? If you first make a backup, then remove the sql files you can see if that's the issue?
I've not seen this problem before I don't think

You could try a /binary search?
Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
Might take a while though

The disabling part?
You can disable a mod by changing the file extension from .jar to something like .jar.disabled, or you can move the mods you want to disable to a temporary folder
