You need to own the connected upgrade weapon with this grenade, which is Scorching Blessing - AMR.

You need to own the connected upgrade weapon with this grenade, which is Scorching Blessing - AMR.
Just upgrade that AMR and you will get Explosion Effect, Elimination Broadcast and Loot crate with Elimination Special Effect. Same as the level of AMR.
