i have the same issue and i enabled everything i need to and it still doesnt work

i dont suggest fixing it by searching on google because me and my brother fixed ours and after a bit we both got hwid banned i suggest just waiting until riot fixes it or submit a ticket to riot
the ai didnt fix it for me, someone who does tech help in this server typed on my post and he told me what to do

i waited like a week total for my ticket to solve in the end they just told me they would report it to a higher technical specialist and will work on it
and after a few games i got hwid banned im pretty sure it was me fixing the tpm and security boot that caused the ban

yeah i would probably recommend taking it to a professional repair shop or something if you wanna play that badly
