Egress billing on a private network
Is traffic charged within a private network? If I connect to Redis from a private network, will I pay only for resources or also for the Internet?

you are only charged for public egress, any network traffic that stays within the private network is not tracked in your metrics and is not chargeable

I also wanted to clarify, do I pay for traffic that comes from outside to the service on the Railway, or even if, for example, I will download a file from outside the service inside the Railway?
