"format=auto" in image transformation URL
Will the request be billed as image transformation If my only options is "format=auto" in image transformation URL? So no resizing no bluring. Only convert to more effective format if possible?

Thanks. Another question is that there is no AVIF statistics on Images -> Transformation page.
