It has been about 2 weeks since I returned the UC, and as is clear in the pictures and email, my account is supposed to return at the beginning of this month.
Can you help me solve this issue

My little brother He purchased UC from the game without my knowledge, so I requested a refund. I did not know that he had purchased some items, so my account got banned. Then I returned the UC, and yet the account still banned

Yes, but you still need to wait for the suspension period. This is the punishment for issuing a refund.
My little brother made the purchase inside the game. I did not know about this function. I requested a refund, then my account was blocked. Therefore, I tried to find out how much the amount was required in the beginning so that I could return it, but I did not find any response from customer service, so I returned more then the amount he used. Required to ensure recovery of my account… this is unfair I’m playing this game since 6 years
