Logged in Pubg after two weeks and this happens, iβve submitted an account claim form hoping to get the account back. Anyone here who can guide me more to get the account back?

Hello, player. Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

Yeah man iβve submitted their new form called account claim
You know what the problem is i canβt even log in with any of my socials linked to the account
Because of this pubgβs new account authorization log in
And my man got into the account and just added his email somehow
Now the code is being sent to his number to log in

Yk yesterday a guy msged me regarding this and he said he was also in the same situation and a guy helped him bypass his account, when i contacted that guy on Telegram My Guy was asking for 100 Euros for it
He seemed like a hacker and told me it would only take 1 hour
