why is it shutdown? i never sent any signal to shut it down

okay i tried finding a restart or redeploy clickable item somewhere for the mysql service but i could not
it's in the removed deployments 3-dot menu
I'm curious as to why you didn't look there
i dont know where that is

well, i just didnt find it so it was not intuitive in my opinion, I dont use railway i just pay for it monthly so i know nothing about this
