Account got hacked
Hi. My account got hacked a few days ago and I've been unable to log back into the account ever since I recieved an email from pubg. The hacker had unlinked my device from the account and made a second verification linked to their phone number. I have evidence that the account is mine and I have friends that can vouch for me. I had also submitted a claim but it came back as rejected with no reason as to why I was declined. I find this very upsetting because I've had the account for 5 years and worked very hard to build on the account. I request urgent help from the team to retrieve my account. All proof will be provided. Please and Thankyou.

Hello. Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

I've made a similar post on reddit and submitted another claim is there other ways to contact them? If so, please tell ;-;

My phone version is not listed in the options (Samsung galaxy s23+) so I used my old phone (Samsung galaxy s20 fe) but why do they still reject me???

It might be because I've clicked on an external link but I've never shared my information with anyone
