Permanent Lobby?
I was wondering if in max level the background is permanent or not

Hello, im no modarator or helper
However from what ive seen is, its an upgrade for a lobby which you can get in the next ultimate after the current silver looking one. That event will have a lobby which you can buy and if you buy it, and the season collection is MAX it will get an upgraded effect (if you click the glowing part at the top of the lobby) it will have a disco effect....
