need help changing my previous lost email
Hello,
I use my acc on both my phone and pc, however the current linked gmail email address is lost (sold old phone and the gmail data was saved on it) and I've been waiting for months to pass the " this current device is a device you often use to log in " but the thing is I only use my 2 devices. Can you help me what more can I do? Or how supposed am I have to wait for this period to get passed? I want to change the previous email to add another and also activate 2FA authentication to my phone.

Imp note:
due to the country am currently staying in doesn't support international use of debit cards; I had to provide my account to diff stores to recharge uc in my account and they used their phone devices to login to my acc but after each time I changed my twitter pw ( my acc is currently linked to gmail and twitter social medias only)

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
