Hi @Khalid for your help i wan to tell there is no way to check submitted application you just wait 30 Days After 30 Days pubg team see your games statics and decide that you want to be creator or no just wait and play machtes and after 30 days pubg send you mail in your pubg inbox your are now wow creator and gave you the access of wow creator just wait. and enjoy
