To uninstall VALORANT and the Riot Client, make sure you follow these steps:
1. Exit all Riot-related Processes:
- Press
Ctrl + Shift + Esc
to open Task Manager.
- End any processes related to VALORANT and Riot (like RiotClientServices.exe
, valorant.exe
, and vgtray.exe
).
2. Normal Uninstallation:
- Go to Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features
.
- Find Riot Vanguard
, right-click and uninstall it.
- Now find VALORANT
and uninstall it.
- Lastly, find the Riot Client
and uninstall it.
3. Manual Removal If Needed:
- Go to the directory where you've installed VALORANT (typically C:\Riot Games\
).
- Delete the VALORANT
and Riot Client
folders manually.
- After that, clean your registry with a tool like CCleaner to remove lingering entries.
Regarding the 2.39 TB display issue, it’s likely a bug in the Windows reporting system. This doesn't mean VALORANT is actually using that much space.
Reinstalling may resolve both the FPS and the size issue. If problems persist, consult Riot Support.

your fps sudden drops is usually caused by vanguard, simply reinstall it and restart your pc. then run valorant again
