I am level 22 and i saw this popup (photo) and im confused on how to progress this to get the rewards

u hv already got em' buddy, it's only a new update they recently added to the game for new player
if u dont trust me, check your inventory u hv all of em' in your inventory
i was only really intrested in the 2 free agents ngl imma check it on a new account to see too

if u want to get he free agents u hv to some sort of gain exp
then youll unlock it
