Account hacked
My account is getting hacked, and I can’t access it anymore.
For nearly two months, I have submitted several claims through the game’s support menu, but unfortunately, the information I provided was not approved, even though it was correct. I wonder if this might be related to the fact that I lost the phone I was using to play the game shortly before my account was hacked. I had to purchase a new phone after this loss. It is possible that the person who found my old phone is responsible for hacking my account, but I cannot be certain.
I still have all the purchase receipts for the UC I bought over the past 3 years on my account

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification....
