FPS and Latency Downgraded

I would like to ask about something that keeps staying in my mind and kinda makes me mad
I am on a RTX 3080 and a i912900k ( pretty over average config i guess ) but i used to average 700fps and now i average 300 and less, and about my latency.. I am at 8 - 5ms which is so annoying, if someone could help i would be so grateful 😉

increase ur graphics a lil, your gpu is bottlenecking ur cpu on val
