Also we have so many frame and avatar, will it count in collection level?

Nope it's explicitly shown in the tab below collection stating that only vehicles , firearms and outfits count.
Show me the ss where is that tab

Under collections there is a tab named exhibition and you'll get all the details about your collection points
Hope in future they will add companion slot there too
