My brothers wedding is coming up and I need dress shoes in this color
These are called cap toe derby shoes. Searching around with that name for deals should help. Looks like you’re already in a department store—so it might not get much cheaper unless something’s really on sale. Edit: I just noticed you were looking for color. Varies by brand but try searching just for brown, then maybe walnut or light brown if you need.

Those shoes go with very little in the way of suiting and are totally wrong for black suit. Black is very limiting and the only color shoes that look right with a black suit are black ones.
look at color "Chili" from Allen Edmonds (a little darker, which will be better)
You can usually find some pretty good second hand dress shoe options on sites like EBay and Poshmark if you know your size.
