Shadows flickering when using shaders

I encountered a weird bug while using shaders. Lights flicker only in the direction where sun shines

Solution:

this is a shader specific bug, you need to report it to the shader developer

you can try tweaking anti aliasing settings although that could cause more issues than it solves
