Livewire modal does not pop to top layer

I made a custom Livewire page and insert to a view . After clicking the button the Livewire form is loaded in the Modal. The problem is the modal should be the top layer, but it seem still under many button. Mouse hover is still working on Sidebar Navigation which should be in lower later under the gray screen. I tried to se z-index to higher but it won't help. Please advise. #modal #livewire
