Freeboard-SK v2.8.0

Freeboard-SK v2.8.0 This update leverages the new Features API (released in Signal K server v2.8.x which allows Apps and Plugins to query the APIs and plugins available) to tailor menu options, etc. Also adds support to display laylines and other tweaks and fixes. https://github.com/SignalK/freeboard-sk/releases/tag/v2.8.0

O! The Freeboard has learned how to raise alarm, but has not yet learned how to cancel it.

Fix is on the way. Issue is due to DELETE requests not being passed to plugins in server v2.8+
